Chicken Tikka Masala - Aldi Vs Morrisons

Another day, another product comparison, this time it's Aldi Chicken Tikka Masala with Rice Vs Morrisons M Kitchen. Aldi price was £1.49, compared to Morrisons £1.90 - both were 450g

Here they are cooked and ready to eat, I did make a bit of a mess pouring the Morrisons curry (right), but ignoring that, on first glance Morrisons looks nicer with larger chunks of chicken.

Two of us tried them, we thought they were both very good, and had an equally tasty sauce and rice. It was hard to choose between them, however Morrisons curry had considerably more chicken in it, so I feel this justifies the extra 41p - but that's your decision.

Furthermore Aldi's curry contains palm oil which is a cheaper ingredient that has been shown to have considerable health risks, including heart disease.
